Hey OGLs, this is the super updated version of the info you needa disseminate to the TA1s (:
It will be in the totally informative OGL guide Glen has put together, but if you can call early yeahp 
OGLs to call up TA1s before 12 January 2009
1) OGL to introduce himself/ herself first before welcoming the TA1 to the TA and TJC (be warm, cheerful and polite).
2) OGLs to tell TA1s to have breakfast before they arrive.
3) OGL to provide the following information to be disseminated to TA1s:
- Orientation will be from 12th to 14th Jan, with an additional Orientation Night
on the 16th Jan.
- TA1s to wear TA polo tee on 12th Jan (NOT TJC uniform top)
(if TA1s ask why, it is because Mrs Koh does not want the uniform to be worn w/o the school badge – school badge will only be given out in Commencement Ceremony, after Orientation)
- To bring secondary school PE shirt/shorts for mass dance
- Bring $25 for O-Pack (inclusive of payment for the tie and school badge) and extra money for lunch
- Assemble at canteen at 8.15 am
- Tell them which OG they are in (Hazen, Incendia, Pyro or Viva)
- *If TA1s/ their parents ask,
Ø The TA1 class list has not been finalized: students are not grouped according to their classes until the end of orientation.
Ø Class list will only be made known to them towards the end of the orientation week.
